Returns & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.
Return information on Singapore orders
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Customers will cover all shipping and handling charges to ship back the order to HWAHWAH Design Store
- Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit in the form of a HWAHWAH Design Store eGift Card
- The item returned must be in its original product packaging in saleable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box
- Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash
- Non-furniture items must be returned in good condition - unused and unwashed
- For orders shipping to international addresses, select shipping country at the top of our banner and proceed to shop. Select Continue to Shipping on the Shopping Cart to proceed with your international order.
- For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of Singapore, we do not accept returns.
To ship your return:
- Pack your items securely.
- Include your completed return form
- Return the package via insured ground service.
- Packing slip.
- The item returned must be in its original product packaging in saleable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
- We'll process your return within 2-3 weeks from the day you send it back.
Return policy on special orders
- Select items that are Sale or Online Only will be noted on the product page: This special order item is final sale and non-returnable
- Custom or personalized items are not returnable, unless damaged or defective
- Special Order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned and/or if the order is cancelled more than one week of the order date as governed by the manufacturer
